Our Commitment to Health & Safety
Our commitment is to keep our community safe. We will be following the guidance set out by the province of Ontario and the Enercare Centre. We are also working hard to enhance our cleaning and sanitization efforts during the show, looking at all opportunities to help participants maintain a safe social distance, such as contactless registration.
As of March 1, 2022, the province of Ontario lifted proof of vaccination requirements. Mask/face coverings are not required however, we ask that you consider the comfort and health of others. Members of our community may be immuno-compromised, a caretaker or uncomfortable not wearing a mask at larger events. We encourage you to continue wearing a mask when social distancing is not possible.
We are excited to get back to our live events but continue to monitor the situation closely. We are confident that the show will go on as planned however, if the show is cancelled due to COVID, we will work with our members to ensure they receive a full refund for all paid deposits.
Beware of CHFA Trade Show List Selling Scams
As a reminder, if you receive any solicitations from companies to purchase attendee lists for any of our trade shows, these are scams. The below email is just one of many examples.
Rest assured that CHFA does not now, nor have we ever, sold our membership or trade show registration lists.
If you are receiving unsolicited emails or phone calls from a company claiming to have a CHFA trade show or member list, help us report them. Submit a complaint by forwarding the email to spam@fightspam.gc.ca, and indicate that you are not a customer and they do not represent CHFA. More information about reporting spam can be found here. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@chfa.ca.
