SESSION INFO

More than ever we know that our diet has a major impact on our health, including physical and mental health. The quote “We are made of what we eat” truly illustrates the influence our nutrition has on the billions of bacteria that make up our gut microbiota. Knowing that we have more intestinal bacteria than human cells, a varied and balanced diet is the key for these bacteria to induce health and confer their benefits to the brain gut axis, the gastrointestinal tract, the immunity, the metabolism and more. The health of our intestinal microbiota obviously begins with a better understanding of our needs; in short, to take good care of ourself, physically and mentally.
