Don’t delay on booking your booth to secure your spot in Canada’s largest tradeshow dedicated to natural and organic health and wellness. Since membership with CHFA is a requirement of our exhibit applications, please select the option below that best applies to you.
For CHFA Members:
As an active CHFA Member, you’re able to book your booth within your Member Dashboard.
Please use the instructions below to book your booth:
- Review the 2023 Vancouver Booth Availability Guide to see what booths are available. If you hover over an open booth (orange) it will show you the size and cost of the booth, and if you hover over a booked booth (black), it will show you what company will be exhibiting in that space.
- Log into your Member Dashboard
- Click the ‘CHFA NOW Vancouver 2023 Exhibitor Application’ link under the ‘Trade Show Exhibit Info’ section.
- Select your desired booth(s) on the floorplan, click ‘continue to payment’ at the top of the page, and pay your booth fees directly in your dashboard.
- Once your payment has been received, you will receive an official booth confirmation email.
