Uber Voucher Program FAQ

The Uber Voucher program is part of our Retailer VIP Package for CHFA NOW Vancouver to help retailers save on transportation costs to and from the show. It is only available to retailer attendees who registered AND validated by January 29, 2026. There are limited Uber vouchers available each day and limited to one per attendee per day. The program will be running from Friday, February 20 to Sunday, February 22, 2026.

You will need to click the voucher link in the email provided by CHFA to add the voucher to your Uber account on your phone. The voucher is limited to one per person per day and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

You need to have the latest version of the Uber app installed on your smartphone to claim the voucher. Please visit the Google Play Store (for Android phones) or the Apple App Store (for iPhones) to download the Uber app and create an account. More detailed instructions can be found on the Uber website here. 

The voucher value is $40 per day. The voucher does not cover tips. If your trip amount exceeds the $40 voucher, you will be charged for the remainder amount of the ride.

It will be applied automatically to your trip total if it is used during the valid dates and times and meets the valid pickup/drop-off location(s), which is indicated in the email CHFA sends with the voucher links.

Here are the valid dates & times and valid pickup/drop-off locations:  

  • Friday, February 20 from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM PT 
    • Valid for travel with pickup and drop-off at Vancouver Convention Centre & pickup from the Vancouver International Airport 
  • Saturday, February 21 from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM PT 
    • Valid for travel with pickup and drop-off at Vancouver Convention Centre  
  • Sunday, February 22 from 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT 
    • Valid for travel with pickup and drop-off at Vancouver Convention Centre 

Thank you for your patience. Although we’d love to provide a voucher for everyone, there are limited quantities of vouchers available each day (Friday-Sunday), and it is claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you missed out on the vouchers, you can try again the next day as we may release more vouchers in the morning.

If you are having issues with redeeming the voucher, please ensure the voucher you are claiming is for the correct date, time and pickup/drop off location that is referenced in the email.

There is a different Uber voucher each day and are only valid for the date and time specified in the email sent by CHFA. Once the voucher expires, it is no longer available in your wallet.

Parking Voucher Program FAQ

The parking voucher program is part of our Retailer VIP Package for CHFA NOW Vancouver to help retailers save on transportation costs to and from the show. It is only available to retailer attendees who registered AND validated by January 29, 2026. There are limited parking vouchers available each day and limited to one per attendee per day.

Instructions on how to claim the voucher will be shared via email and found below. The program will be running from Friday, February 20 to Sunday, February 22, 2026. The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid for parking at the Waterfront Centre Parking lot across from the Vancouver Convention Centre. Getting a voucher one day does not guarantee you’ll get a voucher the next day.

Parking vouchers are only valid for parking at the Waterfront Centre Parking Lot at 200 Burrard St. across the street from the Vancouver Convention Centre. The entrance is east off Burrard St.

Inside the lot, you may park in P3 or P4 ONLY in a spot without a reserved sign. If you park in a reserved spot, your car may be towed.

Attendants will be validating your parking vouchers and will be stationed at the ticket machines at P3 on the yellow side.

CHFA attendants will only be validating vouchers at these times:

  • Friday, February 20 from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday, February 21 from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Sunday, February 22 from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  1. Before you enter the parking lot, make sure you have your printed badge with you. If you don’t have your badge, you can park your car, get your badge from registration and re-enter the parking lot to validate your parking with a CHFA attendant. Note: You must validate your parking as soon as possible to avoid getting a parking ticket.
  2. When you enter, you will need to validate your parking with a CHFA attendant located inside the parking lot at the ticket machines in P3 on the yellow side (see image below). Please have your CHFA NOW badge and license plate number memorized or on hand for validation.

  3. Once an attendant validates your parking through your license plate number, your badge will be stamped. Only one parking pass is allowed per attendee per day.
  4. There is NO in and out privileges at the parking lot.
  5. Your parking pass is valid for one day only from 6 AM to 10 PM that day. If you need to park after 10 PM you will need to pay for the additional time by going back to the parking meters or using the Hang Tag App and enter parking Lot 1695.

    You will need to validate your parking each day you arrive, and validation times are only allowed between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM on Friday, February 20 and 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM on Saturday, February 21 and Sunday, February 22.

Parking must be validated each day for February 20-22 and is valid from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM PT only. If you need to park after 10 PM you will need to pay for the additional time by going back to the parking meters or using the Hang Tag App and enter parking Lot 1695.

There is NO in and out privileges on the same day at this parking lot. You will need to pay for parking if you exit and re-enter on the same day.
