Since our exhibitor applications require you to be a CHFA Member, please follow the steps below whether you’re a CHFA Member or are a Non-CHFA Member.

For CHFA Members:
You are required to have an ExpoGenie account to book your booth. If you already have an account, continue to Step 2.
Log in to your CHFA Member Portal, go the side navigation menu and under “Key Links” click on “CHFA NOW Vancouver Exhibitor & Sponsor Portal” to register for an account. Please use the same email you’re using for your CHFA account. Our team will review your registration, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with login details once your account is approved.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend only creating one account per organization for a more streamlined booth booking and exhibitor task management process. You may share the same login and password with multiple members of your team. Communications, such as Exhibitor Bulletins, important exhibitor information and trade show rebook will continue to be sent to Secondary Trade Show Contacts. Our platform continues to improve and evolve. ExpoGenie is working on enabling multiple user accounts per organization.

Log in to your ExpoGenie account to access the Vancouver 2027 portal here.
Please ensure you are viewing the CHFA NOW Vancouver 2027 portal. It should be clear on the home page which show you are viewing based on the show dates. If it’s the wrong show, you can toggle to the correct show by going to “Account” > “My Shows” in the top navigation and selecting the correct show. If you have any issues accessing your account, please contact sales@chfa.ca or call 1.800.661.4510.
Go to the “FLOOR PLAN” tab in the top navigation to view the booths available. You can use the legend and tags by hovering over the options to identify booths by size and type. When you hover over an unoccupied booth (BLUE) it will show you the size and cost of the booth, and if you hover over a booked booth (GREEN), it will show you what company will be exhibiting in that space.
Prior to confirming your booth, please ensure you are aware of your booth’s proximity to entrances and bathrooms identified on the floor plan.
Click on the booth you’d like to book. Then, click the “Add to Cart” button.
Go to the “CART” tab at the top to review your order. Proceed to checkout by following the instructions to complete your order. Within 2-3 business days, you’ll receive an email with your order details and payment invoice.
Follow the instructions in the email to pay your invoice. Once your payment or deposit has been received, you will get an official booth confirmation email from our team with additional information to help you plan your show.
To view your invoices for CHFA NOW, log in to your CHFA Member Portal.

Once your membership is approved and activated (it will take about 2-3 business days), log in to your ExpoGenie account to review the floor plan and book your booth. You’ll receive your ExpoGenie Account login details via email.
